Love the water cooler; however the power cord dies out and cannot find a replacement power. The company should be able to sell the parts otherwise, this item is not good to me

We have a Addico Chicago Hot and Cold Water Cooler.
The part which screws onto the bottle is not working properly and water leeks into the machine constantly.
I would like to know what I have to replace and how I order the needed parts?

I bought this cooler from Costco last year. I enjoyed it until it started to leak about a month ago. I tried calling the toll free number only to find out it was a porn number. I would like to get the cooler repaired. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Eagerly awaited arrival. Thought it was, from the pictures, exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, it arrived without the bottle cover. After several inquiries, we discovered we could not get the cover and, therefore, decided to return. Frankly, we are sort of glad we were not able to get the cover. In retrospect, we believe it would be a "hulking black thing". Surely, with the top black cover, you would need a special placed to put it. As to quality, frankly, it seemed a bit flimsier and lower in quality than lower priced ones at Lowes and Home Depot, made by Whirlpool and GE. Perhaps it would have worked fine...we never plugged it in. So, maybe this is a bad rap. But, we returned it and bought a sturdier-appearing model for less money at Lowes....

I have read the negative reviews. I'm astounded! I have had mine - not exactly like the listed machine but identical in all aspects except it is hot and cold not cool and cold - with cover for close to four years. I have never had a problem. The first year I had to call Milano and the service was top notch. They bent over backwards to send a missing item. My brother and his wife purchased one and love it. They are very upset since they want to purchase a new one but it seems as if it is no longer available. This would certainly illustrate the old saying "different strokes for different folks."

With my back problem, this filter was the perfect alternative to buying gallons of filtered water, putting them in the cart, then on the conveyor belt, into the car and then up the stairs into the house. Since the water cooler is next to my kitchen sink, all I had to do was fill the water jug and there was minimal lifting involved. Plus I saved a lot of money. I wish I could buy this filter or its equivalent. If anyone knows where to find one, let us know!

The water tastes quite good, but after a while of using it, the cartridge started leaking little black be-be shaped particles. This got into the reservoir of the tank and is taking a lot of work to clean. If you use this product, be careful.

I have used one of these coolers for many years (it was purchased from Costco) and the performance and taste have been excellent! In looking for this item, I have seen that many Chinese manufacturers make copies of this model and I have read that their use of poor plastic components can affect the taste of the water.
